Description
Voices from the Parlour returns this month with special guests Brian and Barry. While many will know their work, this evening is less about reputation and more about the stories behind the music. In the intimate surroundings of Peggy's Whiskey Parlour, they'll share memories, influences, creative inspirations, and reflections gathered over years of performing, writing, and connecting with audiences. Expect an engaging conversation, a few surprises, and insights into the craft of making music from two respected voices. Honest, relaxed, and full of character, this is a rare opportunity to hear the stories that don't always make it onto the stage.
Rooted in the long tradition of the Irish pub as a space for culture, conversation, and connection, this is not a performance in the usual sense. It’s an evening built around listening, sharing, and being part of something small but meaningful.
This event takes place on Thursday, 25th June at 7pm in the intimate surroundings of Peggy’s Whiskey Parlour.
Kindly supported by Limerick City & County Council, Limerick Nighttime Economy and Twilight Thursday.
Free to attend, but ticketed due to limited capacity.
