Introducing the Mother Macs Casked in Bond Exclusive – Dunville’s 1808 Irish Whiskey, a limited release created through our long-standing friendship with the legendary Dunville’s Irish Whiskey.
Distilled in 2015 and bottled to celebrate an incredible 10-year milestone with Mother Macs, this whiskey brings together the best of Ireland’s distilling tradition. The blend—Pot Still, Malt, and Grain whiskey—is elevated further through finishing in luxurious Moscatel sherry casks.
Moscatel maturation imparts beautifully layered flavours: fruity, floral, and sweet notes with touches of golden syrup and chocolate.
On the nose, expect honey, citrus, toffee apple, and fresh fruit.
On the palate, enjoy a viscous mouthfeel, sherry-forward richness, vibrant fruit, and a gentle white pepper finish that lingers.
Bottled at 46% ABV, this release is part of the Casked in Bond Series, available exclusively at Mother Macs Public House. A collectable whiskey with heart, heritage, and a decade of shared stories.
